From telephone setup of appointment through initial reception on arrival, I was pleased by the tone of appreciation and readiness to serve my needs. Advisor Destinee’s welcome was sincere and friendly as well as super efficient. She showed me a list of the plan and advised which were necessary and which could be considered later or omitted. I was impressed by the attitude of serving my needs. She found a young attendant named Esla to explain and assure I understood how to use some of the safety measures my car offers me. The only thing that was perhaps a bit of a letdown was not having had the car returned freshly cleaned. That always gives an impression of thoroughness and going the extra mile.

I bought my first EV car!!!! This is the only pleasant dealership experience I’ve ever had. The employees are so welcoming without making you feel pressured. That is actually one of the things that made me feel I was in good hands.
