This is my first time going to Jim Coleman Nissan of Bethesda for regular service. I was attended to immediately and there was zero waiting in-line. I appreciate the shuttle service home. Ernesto was very attentive and courteous at the time for my service. He made sure to ask key questions about my automobile and it being my first time there. The service on my car was done within a 2-hour time frame which was good. Thank you again for the service and professionalism.

Everyone was super helpful. Service was great. Any questions I had was answered. I usually go to a different nissan center but definitely recommend this location and plan to come back.
I took my 2013 Nissan Altima with 53000 miles on it to have the AC fixed, and a whistling sound like a kettle of boiling water that comes on when I start the car checked. AC was fixed. In addition, rear brake pads and rotors were changed. New tires changed. Transmission oil was added. Was charged $ 2000. BUT the WHISTLING noise is still there. Car was checked in by Ernesto Malendez but checked out by Rian Bejo, who was not even aware of what I was talking about when I asked if the whistling noise had been fixed or not It is still ...

Great Customer Service. I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue. I'm a Nissan Rogue fan, I traded in my Nissan Rogue 2021 for the 2023. The Rogue is fuel economy. Safety and Driver-Assistance Features is what I love about the Rogue. Finance was easy by Nissan Motor Acceptance Company. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
